Protaras is a collection of small communities, which have sprung up over the years around a few bays stretching from Cape Greco to Paralimni. This whole area has an exquisite shoreline blessed with Golden beaches with many small inlets and private covers. Protaras has a good selection of shops, bars, discoes and restaurants but for the more adventurous, the shining lights of Ayia Napa are only a short taxi ride away.
