Cape Town to Stellenbosch +- 50km Day 7: Stellenbosch to Oudtshoorn Leaving the Winelands behind, you travel along the Route 62 with its Little Karoo scenery, fertile valleys, spectacular rock formations, steep passes and magnificent vistas. Stellenbosch to Oudtshoorn +- 320km Days 8 & 9: Oudtshoorn to Plettenberg Bay Heading over the spectacular Outeniqua Mountains, you travel to Plettenberg Bay, set at the heart of the Garden Route. Plettenberg Bay to Port Elizabeth +-250km Days 11–13: Port Elizabeth to Amakhala Private Game Reserve Spend three days on safari including two guided safari's per day, which will ensure you have the best chance to see the 'Big 5' (lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, leopard) and a wide range of other animals and birds. Staying overnight in a lodge in the reserve will give you a real flavour of the African bush.
