On Sicily's eastern coast, Taormina is perched on a hillside with wonderful views of sweeping bays and spectacular Mount Etna looming in the distance.

The shingle beach and lido is reached either by a steep path or cable car and steps from the town.
Taormina is a beautiful, cosmopolitan town with ancient walled streets, stunning architecture and historic monuments including the world's third largest Greek theatre. In the evening the main street 'Corso Umberto' is full of late opening shops, bars, restaurants and street artists.
