Guest Review: "Almond Beach Club and Spa is fairly small, couples only all inclusive resort on the famous West coast of Barbados. I have never written on this site before but felt I had to having read some of the other reports. We have just come back after a stunning 2 week holiday at Almond Beach, this was our "7"th visit, so that hopefully says it all, we absolutely love the place why? The resort makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help you have a great time. The restaurants and food are first class. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and perfectly adequate (for the time you spend in them) The facilites overall are just perfect. The beach is small but has lots of shade to sit and watch the world go by, if you want to go to a bigger beach, 200yds walk takes you onto the famous Sandy Lane beach where you can star spot and swim with the rich and famous.Otherwise there is a great pool complex where you can take a dip to cool off. We think it is one of the best kept secrets in the Caribean. There are sister hotels you can visit if you fancy a change for a day. This has to be one of the best value for money all inclusives, at least 40% of the visitors are people who return regularly so that says it all. Don't listen to the other reports, believe me if you want a relaxing enjoyable holiday where you are treated with kindness and a smiling face everywhere you go this is it. My only concern writing this review is that now everyone will want to go, but you should try it I guarantee you will not be disappointed." The Fairmont Royal Pavilion 5*
