The climate in San Francisco is quite mild even in winter, it can get cold with the fog rolling in during July and August but again this adds intrigue to the city. City Tour San Francisco
Great way to get your bearings...Starting point was Union Square, it was hop on - hop Off, tour included Chinatown, Fishermans Wharf, Golden Gate bridge and lots more!

Fisherman's Wharf and pier 39
Really something for everyone at Pier 39...Shops, Restaurants, a giant Carasoul which was great fun ( 2 Big Kids) and the main attraction was the Sealions...the Noise of them! Lots of street Performers and Music.

Bike Hire San Francisco
When we were at Fishermans Wharf we came across a company who hired bikes for the day. It cost us about 60USD for the day but this included a Days Hire, Maps and a Ferry Ticket back from Sausalito. The Idea is to Cycle in the very safe cycle lane across the Golden bridge and get the ferry back. We had so much fun this day and its something i would recommended to do. It took us about an hour, stopping for Pic's and taking in the Views. So much better than sitting on a Bus!

Sausalito San Francisco
Across the Golden Gate Bridge is Sausalito...a Unique Mediterraean-like Village with Galleries, restaurants, boutique shops and Fab Views of San Francisco across the Bay. We Stopped for Lunch on the waterfront and it was beautiful...a Must Do, weather permitting!

Alcatraz San Francisco
An Obvious attraction to do in San Fran... You really need to prebook this as its always busy, We booked online through www.AlcatrazTrips.com We enjoyed Alcatraz, the Audio tour was great!

Nightime San Francisco
Plenty going on at Night. Cocktail bar at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel is great, the Starlight Room and Good Craic at Foley's Irish Bar.

Shopping San Francisco
Union Square, Huge Macy's, Victoria Secrets. Then there is Westfield Shopping Centre which is Massive and just shops everywhere really.

Commonly referred to as SFO, this city lies about 25km from the city center however good transport links make travelling into city easy and quick.
