Guide Singapore

Singapore
Singapore is an island off the southern tip of Malaysia, linked to it by a causeway. Singapore is of course a modern city, but against a back drop of lots of history, so something to suit everyone. A magical mix of Chinese, Malay, Indian and Western cultures makes this an interesting city to visit from a cultural and gastronomic point of view. When you think of Singapore, you think of great shopping, great restaurants, but lets not forget the famous Raffles hotel. It's really worth a visit if even for only a coffee, as it is a symbol of colonial opulence. Shopping should not be the only thing on the agenda when visiting Singapore, what about some of their outdoor activities, like walking, cycling, and watersports. Singapore is unlike other cities in Asia, so clean, and pollution and traffic non-existent!
