Trains are the best way of travelling to suburban areas of Sydney, trains frequent the City Circle stopping at Central, Town Hall, Wynyard, Circular Quay, St James and Museum.

Sydney is very accesible to walkers with many walking tours and trails around the city. There is no better way to discover the Old Town - The Rocks, by walking right under Sydney Harbour Bridge and Darling Harbour is completely pedestrianised.
