Use of Reservation service

The Gohop.ie travel planning and reservations service (the "Reservations Service") is provided solely to assist you in making legitimate travel reservations and in otherwise transacting business with suppliers of travel-related goods and services, in each case in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. As a condition to your use of the Reservations Service, you represent, warrant, and acknowledge that (1) all information you provide to us regarding your enrollment in or use of the Reservations Service (including your Member Login Information) will be true and complete; (2) you are financially responsible for all fees, charges, costs, and expenses relating to transactions booked through the Reservations Service by you or by anyone to whom you have made your Member Login Information accessible; (3) you will not execute any transaction through the Reservations Service other than for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act, provided, that you may not require, accept, or otherwise derive any commercial benefit from the execution by you of any transaction through the Reservations Service on behalf of another person; (4) you are at least 18 years of age; and (5) you are a resident of the European Community.

Your reservation and purchase of any product or service via the Reservations Service will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the supplier of that product or service, as well as these Terms and Conditions. As a condition of your use of the Reservations Service, you represent and warrant that you will comply with the terms and conditions imposed by any supplier whose product or service you reserve or purchase through the Reservations Service.

Your use of any Program account information delivered via the Program Tracking Service will be subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of membership imposed by the Program sponsor, as well as these Terms and Conditions. As a condition of your use of the Program Tracking Service, you represent and warrant that you will comply with the terms and conditions of Program membership imposed by the sponsor of any Program in which you have an account that is registered with the Program Tracking Service.
