Gohop.ie has a range of fees to ensure the provision of excellent backup service in addition to the benefits of using the website. Gohop.ie are constantly looking at streamlining our own business and any cost savings achieved will be passed onto our users. Ticketing & the distribution of said is expensive and every attempt is being made to eliminate tickets and their subsequent cost. Transaction fees for Internet based bookings.

• €5 fee per person for online flight bookings on Aer Lingus.
  
• €25 fee per person for online flight bookings.

Transaction fees for Call Centre calls.

• A €29 resevation fee is charged for bookings through to our reservation center.

Additional fees for services if required:

The following fees will be charged in addition to any service and processing fees assessed:

• €7 Swiftpost fee.
• €25 courier fee for delivery of ticket to anywhere in the Dublin city center area.
• €35 'Ticket on Departure' Dublin Airport only (includes Dublin courier) ·
• All other courier charges on request.
• €50 Ad-hoc services per hour. Ad-hoc Management reports, Airport Meet & Greet, VIP travel planning service.

• Airlines, car-hire companies, hotels, and other third-party service providers may charge additional fees or penalties for reservation changes or cancellations.
