Date:21st October 2016Flight to Perth Comment:Very difficult to get talking to staff via telephone. Leave waiting for def 10 mins and then got cut off when I was put on hold again.
Date:21st October 2016Holiday to Johannesburg South Africa.. Comment:My journey consisted of four legs; the first with Aer Lingus and the other three with British Airways. When I wanted to book an extra piece of luggage in advance, British Airways could not help me, because the first leg was with Aer LIngus. Aer Lingus could not help me, because the booking was made with British Airways. could not help either. Luckily, we had nice people at Dublin Airport assisting us.
Date:20th October 2016Hotel in Boston Comment:easy to use and very helpful staff on the telephone line when i spoke to them
Date:20th October 2016Flight to Genoa Comment:The website did exactly what I wanted it to - book flights from one city to another where there were no direct flights, providing the information in easy to follow sections, where I could compare price vs total length of time vs amount of time between each flight. However, it could not let me book baggage or book seats which I found odd. I rang the office and they said I had to ring KLM. KLM said I had to ring Aer Lingus as they were KLM flights but actually flown by Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said the flights weren't booked through their website so they couldn't do anything. In the end Aer Lingus didn't charge for the baggage which was nice but Alitalia charged €70 for the return flights which was quite steep.
Date:20th October 2016Flight to Cincinnati Comment:Very efficient service from Jodie.
